- Initial screening with manager and director, about 30 minutes - Asked basic questions, a little bit of fundamental knowledge (what is an analyte, what is a standard, etc) - After that, full 2.5 hour panel interview with process team. The last segment is the director and manager again - which was tough because they were the ones with the hardest questions, would've liked to get that over with. - Review statistics.
