Round 1 involved interviewing with the hiring manager and doing a simple coding problem.
Round 2 involved 4 individuals 45-minute interviews with engineers and directors plus a 45-minute interview with a VP. Nearly all individuals were new to the company and interview content was badly coordinated between them. Each technical interviewer brough their own set of knowledge questions and coding exercises. There was significant overlap in the knowledge questions, and some of the coding exercises involved questions that would run up against the time limit if not memorized. Other interviewers offered poor verbal feedback during the coding exercises.
