I applied online. I interviewed at MetLang (Grand Rapids, MI) in Mar 2021
Interview
Talk to an initial interviewer to see if you're a good fit, then speak to a subsequent interviewer, then do a proctored test, then get a security clearance, and get fingerprinted
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
What is your experience interpreting from one language to another?
The process was straight forward. Questions were asked about the orientation video and how we perceived the job and its requirements. Due to it being a Spanish interpreter job, part of the interview was also in Spanish to test/observe your Spanish speaking skills and interpretation.
