hiring was easy and interview quick with minimal issues. wanted to know about who I knew and how many people would be available for me to sell to. wanted to know how much money I would like to make in my first year of employment
I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at MetLife (Baltimore, MD) in Apr 2009
Interview
Initial interview - standard interview screening. Who is your hero, what situations challenged you, etc. First round is used solely to determine if you are well spoken enough to be employable. Second interview was with managing partner of branch and was slightly more rigorous. Branch manager looks for sales experience so be sure to stress that.
I applied through other source. I interviewed at MetLife (Jacksonville, FL) in Nov 2016
Interview
Great. It was long, and friendly. I felt like I was in conversation with an old friend. We bantered, talked about different subject matters, and discussed the job's duties and requirements.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 7 months. I interviewed at MetLife (Albany, NY)
Interview
Easy Interview, behavioral questions. I did receive an offer however it was well after I interviewed for the position and had already taken employment elsewhere. Very enjoyable interview and everyone was extremely knowledgeable and insightful about the business
