Three rounds. First was written then HR round which will be based on your resume only. And then the ops round which will be little bit tricky and then if you get selected you'll get a call from HR

1st round was HR round than apptitude round and final interview taken by the AM.INTERVIEW WAS EASY AND VERY SIMPLE QUESTIONS WERE ASKED..but they took your entire day for the interview process.

Interview
It was just like any other entry level BPO interview.
Interview results were given within a day so did not have to wait much.
Nothing negative.if you have moderate skills you can crack the entry level interview.
