Phone interview, easy, nice interviewer. Very friendly, no pressure. The whole interview lasted maybe 30 minutes. She asked about my background and how many years experience I had. I believe she primarily chose me for my phone voice and the level of compassion I have for customers with problems. I told her I was willing to go the extra mile to help them and gave specific times I did just that.
Knowing about each other you and the company , the reason for choosing the position and then the technical part by asking questions related to the call center as working with the excel and at last a role play as a customer service representative
