The HR process was rude. Sadly, that is the synopsis. I actually asked to be removed from consideration, based on the lack of courtesy from HR prior to the F2F interview. If one is treated poorly in this phase, that can be an indicator of internal culture. Reading the reviews here confirm my suspicions.
