- a first phone call with recruiter ( in order to filter and see how skills/experiences can match).
- a onsite interview with two Engineering team members . ( dive in skillset , technical questions and whiteboard design for saas application) .
- a final face to face interview with the CEO (awkward time, the CEO literally iterated each previous position with the exact same questions : "how do you rate your self, how would your managers rate you", and a VERY inappropriate question, he basically asked for all my managers name even though it was not mentioned any references check.
What do they do with all those names, I don't know !
Then after that strange interview I was not given any feedback.
