1 aptitude 2 technical interview 1 HR then if everything goes okay they will share the offer letter through 3rd party company if does not goes well they even don't notify the company is over hyped

They wanted potential engineers to take tests that could be 3-6 hours long. They are planning on having software engineers go back to work before it is safe because they miss their whiteboards.
