Initial application via job sites. Contact from HR who is very nice, professional and explains all the details. Further, the tech interview was ok.
The biggest issue is that response from tech takes forever which made me feel that they in the IT has problem to make the decision. Waste of time.
Below I am asked "did not get an offer". I answerd "NO" because I am still waiting to hear from them.

Interview
Questions about C++ and Python. Threads, memory management are important. Agile and Software Engineering questions (testing, etc.) are also important. Do not hesitate to make questions when asked to solve a task because it shows you are trying to understand their problem and not blindly following what to do.

Very pleasing interview. First I had 1to1 with CTO. Very friendly and nice guy. And then second interview with a team that helped me understand in what environment I will work.
