Same as other companies now, multiple rounds. Nothing explicitly wrong, hence the neutral rating. But most companies now including Metergy seem concerned with volume of steps and not necessarily the quality. The process loses momentum. People show up on the call unprepared and have no questions or don't ask or say anything meaningful or useful enough to latch onto. You just hope you're saying the right things. Then the job gets reposted, and reposted, and reposted. No unicorn found.
I think they are part of the current trend in hiring where everyone is acting like the current hire is the most important decision that will ever get made in the business. Seeing this at other places as well.
It's ridiculous to see linkedin is just the same jobs being reposted for months or years. You'd think Metergy or other employers would slightly adapt to what's available out there instead of waiting for Jesus or whoever to show up and apply! In fact, Jesus probably already applied the first ten times some jobs got posted.
