      Junior solution specialist (JSS) Interview

      11 Oct 2025
      Anonymous interview candidate
      No offer
      Positive experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Method CRM in Oct 2025

      Interview

Interview Process Review: The interview process consisted of three steps: 1st Step - HR Phone Screening: Questions about my background and the position. 2nd Step - Technical Evaluation: Understanding and explaining pseudocode and the logic behind it. 3rd Step - In-Person Interview: Behavioral, fit, and job-related questions. Overall, the process was quick, smooth, and enjoyable! Both the recruiter and the hiring manager were helpful and friendly, which made the experience even better. The only area for improvement would be providing feedback after the final stage. I understand that it’s not always possible, but feedback is especially valuable for junior candidates to learn and grow. Candidates who reach the final stage naturally expect some feedback, which can help them understand their performance and continue developing professionally.
