Methods Automotive Logistics Manager interview questions

Pathetic process, no clarity about requirements and wasting candidates time with multiple interviews and finally they come up with opinion that profile is not matching. No respect for others time, I hade given 4 rounds of interview and after all the rounds I was told that I am not shortlisted in 2nd round, I am surprised to see the un ethical process of interviewing a candidate where feedback comes from different person than the one who took interview!!!
