I recently completed a interview process for a position that included three key components. First, I took a written exam to assess my technical knowledge of Aviation subjects. Next, I underwent a flight test in a simulator, where I demonstrated practical abilities and decision-making under simulated flight conditions. Finally, I participated in a formal in-person interview, which allowed me to discuss my qualifications, experience, and fit for the role with the hiring team. The process was thorough, testing both my theoretical understanding and hands-on expertise.
