Just one call and they disappeared. They said they would be sending me an email regardless I continue or not in the process but it didn't happened, I supposed I'm out

Whole process: 1 week Applied online and got a call a few days later to set up an interview. The interview was quick and informal, we sat in a Starbucks inside the Metro during it. Interviewer was nice and approachable, got offered the job afterwards and told me orientation would be the following week.
