Interview
Self recorded video interview and psychometric test which consisted of:
1. Basic arithmetic (gets pretty fast)
2. English Comprehension (spot the error in text)
3. Personality test (most likely to least likely)
After that I had a face to face at tallawong with a operations teams leader and one of the current CJC - Trains.

What do you know about the role and what is your relevant exp?
What is the number 1 priority at all time?
Tell me a time you made a mistake and how did you learn from it?
Tell me a time when you went above and beyond with your customer service and how did you know?
Tell me a time you had to worked under pressure, how did you stay resilient ?

Interview
Completed a video interview with two basic questions, followed by a Q & A where Managers talk about the role and you get the chance to ask questions.
Followed by a on line assessment with very difficult quizzes and puzzles, maths and grammar tests. Followed by a face to face interview which I did not get as I failed the on line tests.
