Interview on site. Met with the GM. Filled out an application. Then immedietly went to the interview. Afterward he said he owuld reach out if gthere was a next step.
Group interview. Made it really easy to add to other candidate's answers when you're in a jam or have nothing to say. Follows up with a quick phone interview.

Interview
There is a phone interview first then in person interview. They will ask about relevant job experience and gauge your personality. Their is a third interview that basically means you got the job. It is your average retail job interview
