2 Day Process
Day 1- Took the IQ Test and Skill Test
and if you passed then you will go to HR interview. If you passed the Interview, they will tell you to go back the next day for final interview.
Day 2- Final Interview (Group/Panel)
I applied in-person. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Metrobank Card (Makati, Rizal) in Feb 2019
Interview
Undergo two 3 sets of interview - Initial interview - Qualification interview - Hiring manager interview- Unfortunately after all of that they told me to keep my lines open cuz they were going to text me or call me if i got the Job. But for me saying that its only means that i failed. Why they dont have the guts to say it frankly if you dont get the job. Stop giving false hope to applicants. just be prank
