Interview was over the phone, talked about the job training, pay, travel time. They are expanding quickly so desperately need managers to over see the crews laying down fiber optic cable all over the USA.

Applied online. Got a call a couple days later asking if I could meet with the managers for lunch. Had a great 1.5 hour conversation about my background, the position, and what Metronet as a company is like. Laid back atmosphere with friendly managers who were easy to talk to.
