No interview required, only orientation. All eligible working substitutes were allowed into orientation after all paperwork and background checks and tests were completed. The test is one that you have to pay for that assesses you on classroom management, discipline, special education, and the overall treatment of the students.

Very smooth interview process. Great school district to work with! Helps to have a passion for education when working in any learning environment. I highly recommend working in metro! These students need love and support during their academic career!
