I was eventually told the role was put on hold and that they were no longer hiring for the position, which was frustrating after already starting the process. I was promised that the recruiter would reach out in a few months if the situation changed. When I reached out after a couple of months to check in, I was completely ghosted and received no response.

Mi sono state fatte domandi sulle mie motivazioni per aver fatto application in quest'azienda e altre domande sul mio background lavorativo. Ho svolto il colloquio in inglese e la ragazza è stata professionale ed educata.

They ask you to submit a recorded video before they even schedule a call with you. They are definitely missing out on good applicants by not even starting with a phone call.
