Interview
Phone Screening + On-Site Interview. Hiring manager indicated he would like to bring me back for another round of interviews and needed to coordinate.
Followed up with the recruiter for the position and never received a response. Wish companies would close the loop and provide feedback regardless on the end decision.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at MeyerDC (Hudson, OH) in May 2017
Interview
Red flags immediately rose upon meeting the hiring manager. He was condescending and didn't seem to understand my answers to his questions, despite my clarity. He was proud that his start was in an area that was not related to marketing and had risen through the ranks. Whereas that is fine, it was obvious he does not know the basic tenets of the marketing side of the house. He spoke at length about the company culture but couldn't elaborate on his marketing needs.

Question 1
Tell me about your experience working on campaigns. (asked repeatedly)
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at MeyerDC (Green, OH)
Interview
Interview with 4 managers in 1 day and was called the next day to to meet with VP of sales. They were very interested in me and said they would get back to me an a couple of days. After a couple of days I called to follow up and was told the managers still needed to talk and would call me back. The next morning I got an email that they went with another candidate. I guess I was too tenacious and just waited for them to call me.
