MiMedx Group interview questions

Horrible, canceled interview 5 minutes before third interview via email, no call or anything. Excuse was that they decided not to hire anymore for this area. Spent hours, preparing and getting ready, not a very well run organization.

I had the opportunity to speak with three representatives, Manager, a person in the role and another company representative. The only onsite visit was with the person in the role. The Onsite visit did not include a tour. The did not ask the typical interview questions. The company representative stressed the importance of a personality hire but did not ask any questions to effectively gauge my personality. Furthermore they explained the importance of maintaining good relationships with hospital nursing staff but also referred to them as "catty" and "lazy". This explanation was ironic and did not shed positive light on company culture. They admitted that any one is trainable to complete this role. If you're interested I recommend applying even if you do not have the background.
