I interviewed in person there wasn’t very many questions and they were mostly getting to know me and previous experiences it was a super easy interview that also didn’t last very long

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Michaels (Boise, ID) in May 2018
Interview
The process was quick and very low formality. Generally they weee conversational and didn’t have a clear structure to the interview. I met with the store manager and one other manager who covered the day shift.

They asked about some of the less clear points on my resume and about the skills I have that would prepare me for the job.
It was simple and comfortable. I felt like I could open up and get a good amount of information regarding the position and benefits. The process went by fast and the company communicated well.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Michaels (New York, NY)
Interview
Fairly simple process. Interviewed with the assistant manager then with the Manager. Basic questions about work history and experience . Also asked about scheduling availability and willingness to work nights and or weekends.
