The manager saw my disability and then proceeded to ask about it. When I told them that it doesn’t define me and I am not determined by my one disability and told them I work ten times hard She gave me the job I worked well with everyone tried ten times harder And then was let go

Done over the phone, just a simple phone screening talking with the Store Manager. It was fairly short, only around 15-20 minutes. The manager asked about experience on my resume, as well as my availability.
