Received an email regarding setting up phone interview. Had a good conversation with the VP of HR about the environment and culture, position responsibilities and then answered questions about my experience. Before proceeding we discussed salary expectations. Unfortunately the company isn’t offering the total rewards package as high as what I needed however it sounded like a very good position and the phone interview was very professional.
