Very laid-back. It was only a student interview, so it was lower pressure than a full-time position interview. Most of the questions were thoughtful and relevant to the job.

Interview
My process took approximately two months from application to offer. There were two in-person interviews, first with the team and one HR representative, and then a second with a larger group, which included the team, the director of the department and a senior HR officer. The first interview also included an editing/AP style test. They were very communicative every step of the way.
