Quickest higher ed interview I’ve ever had. Waited a while between offer and start date, (well over a month) and received a lot of information last minute. It was a stressful onboarding.

Interview
Positions at MSU are posted online and you first need to pass the qualification phase with MSU HR, then a committee will review the resumes and usually the first interview is a screening interview, then if you pass that phase, some roles have multiple panel interviews.

Tell us a time when you worked on a team, and have a disagreement, how did you handle it?
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Michigan State University in Jan 2010
Interview
The first interview was over the phone, consisted of basic behavioral questions. The second interview was in person with the Director of the unit I was to be considered for and the last was with the staff of that office.
