Applied online. 2 1/2 Weeks so far. No updates or offers about the job. No In-Person interview scheduled. No E-Mail's or Phone Call from employer telling me whether declined or accepted. Not a fun experience so far.

You'll get an email for an interview, they interview you in a group. You will have to take an exam that has a lot of math and grammar questions. You will have to present one of the other people in the group after interviewing each other. You will be given specific scenarios and asked how you would handle them.

Interview
Very straightforward and all behavioral. Cares about interests and other relevant things about your character/personality (how you fit in). I didn’t have the best hours available as a college student so I wasn’t offered a job.
