Interview at Microgenesis techsoft pvt ltd. 1st round - It was technical round, had good experience with interviewer. After the interview I requested for feedback from interviewer, got genuine feedback which helped me to prepare for next level. 2nd round : After clearing my 1st round on 2nd Dec 2021, got call from HR on 3rd Dec 2021 and Interview was scheduled with VP. I had terrible experience in that 30min. I'm surprised, being at VP level there was demonstration of zero professionalism. Interviewer didn't provided the space to settle and initiate the conversation to answer to his questions. I've 2yrs of experience and he was offering me settle for fresher's CTC. I never had such pathetic experience and wanted to know who has interviewed me. Did some search on LinkedIn🤫, found that the person carries 20+ years of experience and by looking at his experience I was really astonished, carrying huge experience, and not aware of the basics of professionalism. Recommendation : I strongly recommend not apply for Microgenesis..
