Interview
The interview process is pretty professional, with interviews with HR for two rounds and technical interview with Facilities manager and team members for two rounds as well. The first two rounds is via the phone and the last two rounds is on site.

Question 1
1. tell me about yourself;
2. please describe the projects that you are involved before
3. are you aware the basic process of power system maintenance in a manufacturing environment
4. do you have the ability of data analysis
5. what is your overall english level
Standard interview questions. First 30 minutes interviewer was explaining the job scope and responsibilities. Remaining time was used to explain past projects. Last 10 minutes used for questions and answers.

Interview
I got the interview via campus hiring. The interview process was smooth and its a two-way communication process. Two rounds of interviews, first round with the technical manager, second round with the HR.

Interview
There will be a total of 2 rounds of interview. 1st round with the hiring manager and 2nd round with the director of the department. The HR process was very impromptu as they will only give you less than a day to complete all the requirements after confirming your interview date.
