I signed up during the career fair in school, first they will get you to book an session with them. when you turn up, they will get you to do an IQ test first then followed by the interview, if you are not chosen, they will immediately get you to go for another interview with another department

They will ask you about what you have done, maybe your final year project, and they will ask you to describe where you faced difficulty and how you are able to overcome the challenges

Interview
Got interview through university because Micron conducted a mass interview. Started off with a logic/IQ test which was quite difficult to finish, followed by two rounds with managers asking behavioral questions. First round I gelled well with the interviewer and he seemed to like me. Second manager didn't seem all that convinced with my answers.
