Interview
Was called for a different role from the one i was applying, went onsite for the interview.
The interview process itself was easy, just general behavioral question, experience, and situational based.
The planning for the interview is a mess.
Even though I applied for a different role, they did not give me a proper job description even when i specifically requested for it. My interview also got delayed for an hour. After the interview, I was told to wait there and I waited for almost 2 hours, but no one informed me (and also the other people there who were waiting) off anything, then they just suddenly said they ran out of time and told us to go home
I was given by a pair of friendly interviewers. They let me finish the technical test and then take the test to meet the interviewers. Interviewers are professional engineers in their own role and they even shared more details about the job they are hiring.
Face to face at site, standard interview process.
First round had one interviewer, just an overall culture fit check to see if you are capable of understanding the needs of the team.
