MidCap Financial interview questions

Multiple rounds, starting with Head of Talent which was mostly personality/fit/background. Next was personality/fit/background with a couple senior members of the product group. Did a timed case study over the course of a couple days, after which had a superday (5+ short interviews with people on the product team and senior management).
