I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at MidFirst Bank (Oklahoma City, OK) in May 2021
Interview
It was a fairly typical Zoom interview with a Sr. Analyst. First, the position was described more in depth than was posted and what was described from HR, then I was asked to briefly talk about myself and why I was interested in the that particular position. This lead to questions and answers from both of us.

Question 1
A parking garage is set to be built but in the meantime, there is not enough parking for current employees. What do you propose as a short term solution until the garage is built?
Thoughtful questions - practice your basics and some technical questions. Multiple people in the interview at one time, but not too intimidating. Culture seemed friendly at the bank. Was in person.

Interview
My interview was set up through a recruiter. The buildings are all right next to each other so you don't actually know which one to go into.
During the interview the entire time the gentleman interviewing me it was on his phone or looking at his watch. I understand if I'm not the person you're looking for. But at that point don't waste my time and just tell me.
