Virtual interview where you get to answer questions via video and you can delete and redo your answer as many times as you would like. This was followed by an in person interview that was pretty casual at the place I interviewed at. Very basic interview questions. Looking for more of a fit with the team then with the job.

The interview process was pretty quick. They reached out to me a week after applying to do an initial self recorded interview then a couple days later they reached back out to me to do a face to face interview with the branch manager.

The interview process was quite long and had a lot of steps. First I had to fill out a form they sent me through email, then I had to take some kind of predictive behavioral test. After that I had to complete one way video interview and then they invited me to in person interview.
