The interview ask about some basic info. Followed by attitude or opinion about the LGBTQ/sex work related attitude. As well as experience about working in a team/group. The overall interviewing experience was not harsh.

Screening process was done by a 3rd party and went well. Second interview was a random call by the COO, but also went well. Just wish I had a heads up.

Could I speak engineers language from a high level.
The interview process was long with many tests and examinations. I first talked with a recruiter over the phone and then did online interview and tests. I met with Jim the COO and he was a nice guy. Then did a paper test.
