phone call then in-person site tour and interview. it was a simple process starting with asking me a few specifics about my background and experience and how I could relate to the nature of the work that I would be asked to perform

Was interviewed by two women, both very nice and informative. Our interview extended past the allotted time, I ultimately didn't get the position due to my asking salary being too hight (was recruited and informed by the recruiter afterward)
