I was hired base on record and having worked with many GCs that they currently worker with currently willing to work independently and wkth team when needed. My experience is vast i grew up in commercial construction business. I understand the process from preconstruction to completion. Heavy experience in estimating and project management.

Interview
It is more of a learning experience. Pretty smooth and Easy going interview with general questions of the past and future. Walked around the shop and explained the process . Willing to teach if really committed. Should pass drug screening. The PMs were great and casual!
