From the moment I walked in the door, I was taken aback by the complete lack of professionalism. Both the CEO and the GM told me that they had deleted my resume and were scrambling to find one while leaving me in a conference room for almost 30 minutes. When they came back in, I provided both of them copies and they turned to each other and said "we probably should have asked him" This is a huge red flag for me. Imagine if a candidate walked in unprepared. what would an employer think? For the remainder of the interview, I listened to the CEO ramble on about everything except the position I was interviewing for. The GM was more focused on his phone and his watch.
