Had a terrible experience with the interviewer. Interviewer was having a 'bad day'. His first few questions were pretty standard but after responding as honestly as I could. He asked if I matched the job description in which I responded "I think I have some of the skills for the job but I might need some guidance." In which his response was "actually I don't think you fit leh" Which I appreciate the honesty but I'm not really sure how to respond to that.
He then asked me why I was being so quiet. I'm sorry but how do you continue an interview after you've flat out said to my face that I'm not right for the job, I'm not going to sit around and continue selling myself.
When I did speak up and ask questions, his answers were very condescending. I simply asked what the workload is like and his response was "This is not like high school ah, we're not here to hold your hand and check up on you everyday."
He then proceeded to give me "tips" on how to be a good interviewee. I think he should be the one reading on how to be a good interviewer.
