The selection process consisted of three steps. The first step was a phone call, followed by a second step which was an interview with the team lead and an HR representative. The third and final step involved a business case interview. Throughout the process, everyone was very polite and professional, which made me feel at ease.

Interview
I had an initial phone call with a talent acquisition specialist after sending in my resume and cover letter. The call was very pleasant, informative, and immediately felt off to a good start in the recruitment process.
A few days later a videocall with the customer success department managers was scheduled. This videocall was, again, very pleasant and informative and about 30 to 45 minutes long. Here I learned a lot of information specific to the position I applied for. They were very nice and asked me about myself, my previous job experiences, and what I expect on the job, among other things. I also could put two faces to the company for the first time, which made it a postitive experience.
After a few days I got a job offer that I subsequently accepted by mail. Then I had one more phone call with the same talent acquisition specialist I had the first call with to talk some more details through and will start on January 8th.

First a call with HR, explanation about the job and company and some questions about me.
Second interview was a video-call with Costumer Service Lead and Manager. To discuss a little bit more the position, but most of the time direct questions to me, my point of view/experience with Costumer Service. The second interview was in English but also Dutch.
