I had a recruiter call, hiring manager interview, and CTO interview, and I believe the later round(s) would have been more technical. Every stage I completed was largely behavioral and centered around my engineering leadership background. I thought my conversation with the CTO went well and he seemed to indicate that at the end of the call, but I was notified that they wouldn’t be moving forward with me a few days afterwards. I requested feedback but did not receive any.
