I applied to this position on Dice. I was contacted by a recruiter and then took multiple logical assessments. I was then moved to next step which was 1hr assessment using CodePen. You must use AngularJS, jQuery, and Bootstrap to create functionality that markets your skills and includes a list of items which can be updated by the user's form input. I then had a 30 minute phone interview which was not at all technical. I created the application with no issues and implemented as requested. I then received an email the following day saying that I was no longer being considered. There were absolutely no challenging questions and I had no problem creating the application requested in the practical. I have the education, training, and experience and this position provides training. There is absolutely no rationalization to pass on me as a candidate as the only technical inquiries were passed with no issues. The process was a complete waste of time.

Applied online. Received an email to a personality and code knowledge assessment. The assessment had broken images (of what I assume were diagrams) for some questions. After the assessment, was called by one of their HR team for a short behavioral interview (standard stuff, why Miles, discussing past employment.) Said they wanted to schedule a video technical interview, but never responded to repeated requests to schedule one. I'm sure it's a great place to work, but ghosting me that deep into the process left a bad impression.
