Interview
There is a set of recorded questions and you record your answers in separate videos. For some of the questions you get multiple takes, others just one. If you are selected for follow - up interviews you can choose from a list of time-slots to find one that works for you. There were 2 levels of follow-up interviews for this position. The questions made sense for the work, and the interviewers made me feel comfortable.
