I was contacted quickly after applying. I had friends that worked for the company, so I had good recommendations on my side. I talked to the general manager for about 20-30 minutes, mostly just general questions about my experience and about what I would do in different customer service situations. Then he talked to my references and offered me a job that day. I started a few days later.
