very weird to have someone go through 3 interviews, one where they had to literally create 2 mock cold calls, say you’ll follow up later in the week, then Im the one who has to reach out, just for you to say “there has been a pause on all sales roles” lol. you literally posted the position to be filled… at least be honest with your candidates.

First you apply, then the recruiter reaches out to you and gives details on the role. After that, you meet the hiring manager and other teams you would be working with.
