Mills & Reeve interview questions

Group assessment day with around 10-15 others in a day. One group task discussing a business topic. One informal 1:1 presentation task with 40 minutes preparation time. Partner and senior associate interview 1:2 around an hour. Given refreshments and trainee solicitor catch-up on the day. Lasts 9-5pm.

Initial application, then progresses to the online assessments, and finally attended an assessment centre in London, which included a 1 hour interview, group project, case study and exam, as well as various talks and opportunities to speak with trainees.
