Milwaukee Electronics interview questions

Phone screen w/ a recruiter based in Oregon on April 24, 2025. Pretty general phone screen for this role, but dove into a lot of Employee Relations related questions, which gives one a peek behind the curtain about what they're likely "trying" to fix in the company. After 3.5 weeks, have been ghosted w/ no response to the initial phone screen nor a follow-up email sent to recruiter and thus, reflects a poor candidate experience.

ME is hiring for a Manufacturing floor manager for contract and proprietary electronics manufacturer. I met with a recruiter on the phone for a pre-screening. They did not push me through to the next round of interviews.
