One technical phone screen consisting of standard questions about computer science and software engineering. Followed by one in-house interview, which included technical questions as well as a product demonstration and discussions with potential future colleagues. The technical phone screen lasted one hour, and was phone-only. The in-house interview was with 4 people and lasted 3 hours, and it involved discussion and some work at a whiteboard.
